What happens when I run a check and no history is found?
You are not charged. Your card is authorised at checkout but the authorisation is cancelled when no records are found — zero fees, no refund admin. If you used a free check, it stays on your account.
How does pricing work?
Every new trade account gets 3 free checks. After that it is €6.99 per check, pay-as-you-go — no monthly fee, no subscription, no minimum spend. You only ever pay when we return records.
How do I get my 3 free checks?
Create a free trade account and verify your dealer details — 3 free checks are credited to your dashboard. Free checks are only consumed when records are actually returned; if we find nothing, the free check stays on your account.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Creating a trade account is free and needs no card. You only add a card when you run your first paid check after your free checks are used.
Is the price per check or per vehicle?
Per check. Each lookup on a vehicle is one check. If no records are found you are not charged, so a no-data lookup never costs you anything.
