Independent Garage Records
We only access franchised dealership systems. Services performed at independent workshops are not included in our reports.
HPI / Finance Checks
We do not check outstanding finance, write-off status, stolen flags, or insurance claims. For this, use a dedicated HPI-style service.
Private Sale History
Ownership transfer details and keeper history are not part of this service. We focus exclusively on service records.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty claims are tracked separately from service records and may not appear in our reports.

If we find service history we capture the payment; if we find nothing we cancel the authorisation — you're never charged, no refund admin. Not all vehicles have electronically recorded service history, particularly older models manufactured before 2012.
