What the handbooks don't say
- Only the ed. 09/2016 handbook was transcribed; 2010-2015 editions (e.g. 1.4 TB 120 HP, 1.6 JTDM 105 HP, 1750 TBi QV) were not read. The ed. 01/2019 PDF has no extractable text and was not used.
Figures marked "Maker's handbook" link to the maker's own document. "Reported" figures are the maker's, read from a copy we could not get from the maker directly. A figure marked ≈ has been converted from the unit the handbook prints. Nothing here has been checked against your car: if it disagrees with the label on the car, the label wins.

Tyre pressure questions
What tyre pressure should an Alfa Romeo Giulietta have?
It depends on the tyre size and, on some versions, the engine. For the sizes Alfa Romeo lists, the normal-load pressure is ≈33–41 psi (2.3–2.8 bar) at the front and ≈30–38 psi (2.1–2.6 bar) at the rear. Find your size in the tables above, and check the tyres cold.
What size tyres does an Alfa Romeo Giulietta take?
Alfa Romeo fitted the Giulietta with 205/55 R16, 225/45 R17 and 225/40 R18, depending on the generation and trim. The size is printed on the side of your tyre; the pressures above are listed by size.
Where is the tyre pressure label on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta?
On most cars it is on the driver's door pillar or inside the fuel filler flap. It normally gives the same figures as the handbook, which is where the ones on this page come from — if the two ever disagree, go by the label on your car.
When should I use the fully laden pressures?
When the car is carrying a full load — every seat taken, a full boot or a trailer. For everyday driving use the normal figures.
