Citroën tyre pressures
Citroën Berlingo tyre pressure
The tyre pressures Citroën prints in its handbook for each Berlingo tyre size, by generation — Berlingo Mk3 (K9, incl. ë-Berlingo) (2017 on) and Berlingo Mk2 (B9, incl. Multispace) (2008–2018). Find your tyre size on the sidewall, then read across.

What the handbooks don't say
- The handbook prints two tables — passenger (MPV) body and van body — with different figures for the same size (e.g. 205/60 R16); rows say which body they belong to.
- Pressures appear only in the 11/2021 and 05/2025 handbook editions; the 2018–2021 e-Guide editions print none, so a pre-11/2021 vehicle should be checked against its door label.
- The footnote legend also defines wheelbase L1/L2 and Load 800/950/1000Kg, but none of those footnotes is used in either table; the MPV table does not distinguish the M and XL bodies.
- The spare-wheel pressure varies by row, so it is given in each row note rather than in the spare field; no spare size is printed.

Notes from the handbooks
- 195/65 R15: Size from the handbook's snow-chain table ("Original tyre size"); no pressure printed — the handbook refers to the tyre/paint label on the driver's door pillar/door aperture. Same five sizes in the van handbook (S50).

What the handbooks don't say
- The handbook prints no tyre pressures; it says they are on the tyre/paint label on the driver's door pillar (unladen and laden pressures, sizes, spare-wheel pressure). Pressures left null.
- Sizes come only from the snow-chain table, which may not list every factory fitment (e.g. option or sport wheels not cleared for chains in some editions); load and speed indices are not printed there.
Figures marked "Maker's handbook" link to the maker's own document. "Reported" figures are the maker's, read from a copy we could not get from the maker directly. A figure marked ≈ has been converted from the unit the handbook prints. Nothing here has been checked against your car: if it disagrees with the label on the car, the label wins.

Tyre pressure questions
What tyre pressure should a Citroën Berlingo have?
It depends on the tyre size and, on some versions, the engine. For the sizes Citroën lists, the normal-load pressure is 33–36 psi (2.3–2.5 bar) at the front and 33–46 psi (2.3–3.2 bar) at the rear. Find your size in the tables above, and check the tyres cold.
What size tyres does a Citroën Berlingo take?
Citroën fitted the Berlingo with 195/65 R15, 195/70 R15, 205/65 R15, 205/60 R16, 215/55 R16, 215/65 R16, 205/55 R17 and 215/50 R17, among others, depending on the generation and trim. The size is printed on the side of your tyre; the pressures above are listed by size.
Where is the tyre pressure label on a Citroën Berlingo?
On most cars it is on the driver's door pillar or inside the fuel filler flap. It normally gives the same figures as the handbook, which is where the ones on this page come from — if the two ever disagree, go by the label on your car.
When should I use the fully laden pressures?
When the car is carrying a full load — every seat taken, a full boot or a trailer. For everyday driving use the normal figures.
